Step 10. Enjoying the Result

The development of the sample server extension is finished now, and it is ready for use.

1. Compile the project. If any errors occur during compilation or linking process, check if you have made all steps correctly, view source code to compare your code with the sample.

2. Open Server Manager, connect to the server, switch to the Extension Settings tab.

Click Refresh list and select 'TextExt.MyFirst.1' from the list. This is ProgID for our server extension. Switch to the right list and type in the DB Path box path to the database created in the first step. Click Save.

Now server extension is configured, and ready for use. ClearBox Server was configured to use the extension in the Step 5, so no extra steps are needed.

Run the server. You may use Client Tool to test how server extension works.
