You will be given a License Key to turn evaluation copy of the product into a full version.

If you haven't got your License Key within a reasonable amount of time (usually 24 hours for credit card payments or two weeks for other payments), please notify us! We apologize for any inconvenience caused by possible delays. The problem me be caused by your mail server blocking the license key attachments.

If you already have the evaluation copy of ClearBox Server installed on your system you don't need to download it again, unless you have an older version (check Downloads page for updates).

A Note on Returns and Refunds

Please note that since XPerience Technologies provides trial versions of its software, full documentation set, customer sales support and community forums, it has no returns policy.
